License

BidRL.Com Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Sounds Useful app. The app, the audio, and the text stay owned by their rights holders. This is not a sale of the content.

Subscriptions

If Sounds Useful offers a subscription, the price, the billing period, and the trial, if any, are shown by the store before you confirm. This page does not quote a price.

Apple bills subscriptions bought on the App Store. Google Play bills subscriptions bought there, and only once an Android app exists. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Store refunds follow that store's rules. We cannot see or change a charge that the store has already processed.

Apple

If you downloaded the iOS app from the App Store, you and Sounds Useful acknowledge that this license is concluded between you and Sounds Useful, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this license and may enforce it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
